Effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension .Methods:86 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (43 cases in each group).The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and community nursing intervention was adopted in the observation group .The nursing efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups .Results:The blood pressure detection value was lower in the observation group than the control group ( P<0.05);the treatment compliance and quality of life of the patients were better in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The community nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension can effectively and stably control patient 's blood pres-sure and improve patient's understanding of the disease related knowledge and treatment compliance ,so the quality of life of patients will be improved.
