Effect of responsibility system nursing intervention on cognitive function,MMSE and CDT in Alzheimer's patients

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of responsibility system nursing intervention on cognitive function , MMSE and CDT in Alzheimer's patients .Methods:200 patients with Alzheimer's disease were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (100 cases in each group).The responsibility system nursing intervention was implemented in the observation group and routine nursing care was taken in the control group .The change of neural function defect ,MMSE and CDT of the patients was compared between the two groups before and after nursing care .Results:The cognitive function scores of the patients ( MOCA) significantly increased after the inter-vention than those before the intervention (P<0.05);the differences of MMSE and CDT scores were statistically significant after the inter-vention compared with those before the intervention (P<0.05);the differences of MMSE and CDT scores were not statistically significant after the intervention compared with those before the intervention in the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion:The responsibility system nursing intervention can improve the neural function defect and the quality of life of patients with Alzheimer 's disease .
