Application of clinical nursing pathway to the first-aid treatment of patients with congestive heart failure

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the first -aid treatment of patients with congestive heart failure.Methods:100 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (50 cases in each group ) .The patients in the control group received routine nursing care;the clinical nursing pathway was implemented in the obser-vation group.The heart function and stress state of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups .Results:The heart function and stress state of the patients were better in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway applied to patients with congestive heart failure can effectively improve their heart function and relieve stress so as to im -prove the quality of life of the patients .
