Application of clinical nursing path of TCM to patients with herpes zoster

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in patients with herpes zoster .Methods:60 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group (30 cases in each group ) .The individualized and standard TCM nursing care and health education were provided for the patients in the experimental group according to the order of the time in clinical nursing path form;the routine nursing care and health education were given to the patients in the control group .The grasp of health knowledge and improvement of clinical symptoms of the patients were compared between the two groups . Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the grasp of health knowledge and relief of pain of the patients and the curative effect between the two groups at discharge (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical nursing path of TCM used in pa-tients with herpes zoster can improve the effect of clinical nursing intervention so that patients can get the best nursing care .
