Effect of special comprehensive intervention by certain nursing staff on emotion,mentality and life quality of patients with interventional therapy for coronary heart disease

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of special comprehensive intervention by certain nursing staff on emotion ,mentality and life quality of patients with interventional therapy for coronary heart disease .Methods:The special comprehensive intervention was provided for 100 patients with coronary heart disease by certain nursing staff on the right day of admission based on routine treatment .The conditions of the patients were evaluated by using SAS ,SDS,psychological harmony scale and GQOL -74 on the right day of admission and after the in-tervention for 6 and 12 months.Results:The patient's anxiety and depression were significantly relieved after comprehensive intervention for 6 and 12 months,compared with that before the intervention (P<0.05,P<0.01);the scores of self consistency and congruence ,interper-sonal harmony and psychological harmony in the evaluation of the degree of psychological harmony and the scores of somatic function ,psy-chological function ,social function and the conditions of material life in the assessment of life quality of the patients significantly improved after the intervention,compared with those before the intervention (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The special comprehensive interven-tion by certain nursing staff can eliminate or alleviate anxiety and depression ,improve psychological harmony and the quality of life of pa-tients with coronary heart disease and promote their overall rehabilitation .
