Application of budget al ocation based post management of nursing staff in high quality nursing service
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of the budget allocation based post management of nursing staff in high quality nursing service .Methods:340 nurses in our hospital were managed by using the budget allocation based post management and the nursing quality was compared before and after the implementation of the management model .At the same time 500 patients were selected and the patient satisfaction with nursing service was compared before and after the implementation of the management model .Results:The scores of nursing service were higher after the implementation of the management model than those before its implemntation (P<0.01);the patient satisfaction with nursing service improved significantly after the implementation of the mangement model ,compared with that before its im-plementation (P<0.01).Conclusion:The budget allocation based post management of nursing staff has the great significance in the estab -lishement of scientific nursing mangement model and in the improvement of the overall quality of nurses ,nursing quality and patient satis-faction.
