Analysis of the factors influencing the treatment compliance of patients with hemodialysis

Abstract：Objective:To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of treatment compliance in patients with hemodialysis and devel -op nursing intervention measures .Methods:The self-designed "treatment compliance questionnaire in hemodialysis"was used to investi-gate and analyze the influencing factors of treatment compliance in patients with hemodialysis in order to develop the nursing intervention measures according to the results of investigation .Results:There were statistically significant difference in the comparison of the treatment compliance between the patients with different educational background ,medical expenses,the doctor -patient relationship,dialysis dura-tion,understanding of the disease,social support,family monthly income,depression and anxiety (P<0.05);the treatment compliance was positively correlated with patient's educational background,medical expenses,the doctor -patient relationship,dialysis duration,under-standing of the disease,social support,family monthly income and was negatively correlated with medical expenses ,dialysis duration,HA-MA and HAMD score (P<0.05).Conclusion:The influencing factors of treatment compliance in hemodialysis patients are mainly educa -tional background ,medical expenses ,the doctor-patient relationship ,dialysis duration ,understanding of the disease ,social support ,family monthly income ,depression and anxiety .The corresponding nursing intervention measures can help improve treatment compliance .
