Analysis of the relationship between sharp injuries of clinical medical staff and occupational training
Abstract：Objective:To study the relationship between sharp injuries of clinical medical staff and occupational training .Methods:The sharp instrument injury baseline screening table was used to make the preliminary screening on clinical medical staff of a certain provincial teaching hospital ,and then the same table was used to make the second screening on the sharp injuries except the ampoule injuries .The difference of the incidence of sharp injuries was finally analyzed between the clinical medical staff who received occupational training and those who did not receive occupational training .Results:The incidence of sharp injuries was lower in the clinical medical staff who received occupational training than those who did not receive occupational training (P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of sharp injuries has something to do with the occupational training of the clinical medical staff .Thus hospital managers should pay attention to the occupational training of clinical medical staff .
