Effect of the individualized nursing care on life style of patients with type 2 diabetes
Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of the individualized nursing care on life style of patients with type 2 diabetes .Methods:85 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group (n=43) and the control group (n=42).The conventional diabetes care was taken in the control group;the individualized nursing measures were implemented in the observation group based on TCM constitution differentiation .The improvement of blood glucose level and lifestyle changes in the patients were observed and compared be -tween the two groups before and after the intervention .Results:The improvement of blood glucose level and lifestyle changes in the patients was obviously better after the intervention than that before the intervention in the two groups (P<0.01);the score of each dimension of improvement of blood glucose level and lifestyle of the patients was superior in the observation group to the control group (P<0.05).Con-clusion:The implementation of the individualized nursing care under the guidance of TCM constitution theory can effectively improve the level of blood glucose and promote the healthy way of life of patients with type 2 diabetes .
