Application of cluster-based nursing to patients with dysphoria induced by craniocerebral injury
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of application of cluster -based nursing in patients with dysphoria induced by craniocere-bral injury.Methods:104 patients with dysphoria induced by craniocerebral injury treated in the department of neurosurgery were randomly divided into the control group(n=51) and the cluster-based nursing group(n=53).The conventional nursing measures used in the de-partment of neurosurgery were taken in the control group and the cluster -based nursing program was additionally provided for the patients in the cluster-based nursing group. The incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups .Re-sults:The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower in the cluster -based nursing group than the control group (P<0.05);the degree of satisfaction of the patients and their families was significantly higher in the cluster -based nursing group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The cluster-based nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in the nursing care of patients with dysphoria induced by craniocerebral injury and can improve the satisfaction of patients and their family members .
