Effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with cerebral stroke
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with cerebral stroke.Methods:50 discharged patients with cerebral stroke were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group (25 cases in each group).The conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention was conducted in the control group and the continuous rehabilita -tion nursing intervention was adopted in the experimental group .The ability of ADL,quality of life,recurrence and satisfaction were com-pared between the two groups .Results:The Barthel index score of the patients in 3 and 6 months was significantly higher in the experimen-tal group than the control group(P<0.05);the score of quality of life of the patients was significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group in 6 months after discharge(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the disease was lower in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05);the patient satisfaction was significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the ability of ADL ,quality of life of stroke patients and reduce the recurrence risk and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families .
