Effect of col aborative nursing model on the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with hemodialysis

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of collaborative nursing model on the self -care ability and quality of life of patients with he-modialysis.Methods:126 patients with hemodialysis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (63 cases in each group ) .The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing care and collaborative nursing model was additionally adopt -ed in the observation group .The scores of self -care ability and health promotion lifestyle were compared between the two groups before and after nursing care .Results:The scores of self -care ability were higher after nursing care than those before nursing care in the two groups(P<0.05);the total score of the grasp of knowledge of hemodialysis ,the attitude to dialysis,self-care skill,compliance and self-care ability was higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05);the scores of health promotion lifestyle were significantly higher after nursing care than those before nursing care in the two groups (P<0.05);the total score of self realization,responsibility for in-dividual health,exercise,nutrition,interpersonal relationship,coping with stress and quality of life of the patients was higher in the observa-tion group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The collaborative nursing model is conducive to the improvement of self -care a-bility and quality of life of patients with hemodialysis .
