Abstract:Objective:To explore the impact of humanizing nursing intervention on the interaction and feedback between a nurse and the non coma patient with critically ill conditions in the emergency center .Methods:80 non coma patients with critically ill conditions were ran-domly divided into the observation group and the control group (40 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were given rou-tine nursing care and the humanizing nursing intervention was implemented in the observation group .The satisfaction ,life quality and prog-nosis of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups .Results:The incidence of adverse outcomes was lower in the ob-servation group than the control group (P<0.05);the patient's satisfaction rate with nursing service was higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05);the Barthel index was higher after treatment than that before treatment in the two groups (P<0.05);the Barthel index was higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The humanizing nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life and the prognosis of patients .
