Comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention in the treatment of 20 patients with appendicitis by surgical treatment

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention on the rehabilitation efficacy of pa -tients with appendicitis treated by surgical treatment .Methods:40 patients who received surgical treatment for appendicitis were randomly divided into the study group and the control group (20 cases in each group).The routine perioperative nursing care was taken in the con-trol group and the comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention was carried out in the study group .Results:The postoperative anal ex-haust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time was significantly earlier and shorter in the study group than the control group ,the inci-dence of complications like incision infection ,intraperitoneal cyst,cecal wall cyst and fecal fistula decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention applied to the patients with appendicitis treated by operation can effectively improve the rehabilitation efficacy and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and it has a positive effect on the prognosis of the patient .
