Impact of humane care on the improvement of life quality of the postoperative patients with breast cancer

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the impact of humane care on the improvement of life quality of the postoperative patients with breast cancer.Methods:116 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the control group (n=54) and the treatment group (n=62). The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the extra nursing intervention measures of humane care was provided for the patients in the treatment group .CARES-SF was used to assess the quality of life of all patients on the first day ,one month,3 and 6 months after operation .The change of each index and trend was effectively analyzed by using the statistical analysis method .Results:The total score and the scores of physiological dimension and the social psychological dimension were significantly higher in the treatment group than the control group in one month ,3 and 6 months after operation (P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention of humane care can improve the life quality of the postoperative patients with breast cancer .
