Influence of nursing intervention on the adverse reaction of modified Hyper-CVAD/MA regimen

Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the adverse reaction of modified Hyper -CVAD/MA regimen . Methods:24 high-risk patients who received the modified Hyper -CVAD/MA regimen for the treatment of lymphoma and leukemia were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group (12 cases in each group).The routine nursing measures were taken in the course of chemotherapy in the control group and the pertinent nursing intervention was additionally implementated in the experimental group.Results:The gastrointestinal reaction and infection rate of the patients was significantly lower in the experimental group than the con -trol group (P<0.05);the incidence of oral mucositis and superficial thrombophlebitis decreased compared with the control group ,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant ( P>0.05);there were not statistically signifcant differences in the com-parison of the damage of liver and kidney function of the patients and the incidence of drug extravasation between the two groups ( P>0.05).Conclusion:The scientific nursing intervention can effectively reduce gastrointestinal reaction and incidence of infection induced by modified Hyper-CVAD/MA regimen.
