Application of comprehensive nursing intervention to patients with PIH syndrome

Abstract:Objective:To explore the methods of comprehensive nursing intervention on the pregnancy induced hypertension ( PIH) syn-drome and to investigate the clinical effect .Methods:80 patients who were clinically diagnosed with PIH syndrome were given comprehen-sive nursing intervention ,and then blood pressure ,mental health ,quality of life ,awareness of the related knowledge and pregnancy outcome of the patients were observed and compared before and after the intervention .Results:Blood pressure of the patients and the scores of anxi-ety and depression were lower after the intervention than those before the intervention (P<0.05);the quality of life and awareness of the related knowledge of the patients were better after the intervention than those before the intervention ( P<0.05);in term of pregnancy out-come,6 cases of premature delivery ,60 cases of full-term birth,cesarean section in 14 cases;no complications occurred in mothers and newborns;the satisfaction rate of nursing care was 100%.Conclusion:The nursing intervention has the great significance in blood pressure control of patients with PIH syndrome ,which can improve their mental state and the pregnancy outcome ,reduce complications and improve the quality of life of the patients .
