Abstract：Objective:To study the prevention of adverse reactions in the interventional therapy of patients with coronary heart disease and the methods of comprehensive nursing intervention .Methods:84 patients undergoing coronary angiography were randomly divided into the study group and the control group (42 cases in each group).The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the pa-tients in the study group were provided comprehensive nursing intervention based on the routine one .The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups .Results:The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group than the control group ( P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the quali -ty of treatment and nursing care .
