Effect of the targeted psychological nursing intervention on patients with AMI

Abstract：Objective:To study the effect of the targeted psychological nursing intervention on patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods:194 patients with AMI were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (97 cases in each group). The routine treatment and nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and the targeted psychological nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the observation group .The clinical symptoms,the relief time of unhealthy psychology ,treatment effect and inci-dence of complications were compared between the two groups .Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the clinical symptoms,the relief time of unhealthy psychology,treatment effect and incidence of complications between the two groups (P <0.01).Conclusion:The targeted psychological nursing intervention on AMI patients can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms ,shorten the relief time of unhealthy psychology ,enhance the clinical efficacy and reduce complications so as to improve the quality of life of the patients .
