Application of Ulinastatin to AMI patients undergoing PCI therapy
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application method and clinical effect of Ulinastatin in the treatment of patients with acute myocar -dial infarction(AMI) by primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) therapy.Methods:100 patients with AMI were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (50 cases in each group).The conventional treatment was given to the patients in the con-trol group;Ulinastatin was used in the observation group based on the conventional treatment .The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of arrhythmia was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Ulinastatin can obviously reduce the incidence of malignant arrhythmia and cardiac events during hospitalization in the patients with AMI treated by PCI therapy and the short -term survival rate will be increased .
