Abstract:This paper constructs evaluation systems for agricultural new quality productivity and the resilience of grain supply chain using the entropy value method.Based on provincial panel data from China between 2013 and 2022,the study uses a two-fixed effects model for empirical analysis. The results indicate that new quality agricultural productivity significantly enhances the resilience of grain supply chain regardless of different natural endowments, with more pronounced effects in central and western regions, while showing no substantial impact in eastern regions.Agricultural mechanization plays a mediating role in this relationship, and urbanization rate exhibits a threshold effect.Accordingly, this study suggests that governments should narrow regional development gaps by increasing fiscal investment, guiding social capital participation, strengthening technological empowerment, and optimizing talent cultivation,so as to accelerate the enhancement of the resilience of grain supply chain through agricultural new quality productivity.
