Abstract:Digital technology is increasingly permeating every aspect of social life. With the widespread application of the Internet and big data in rural areas,a new group of digital farmers equipped with Internet thinking and digital skills has emerged. These"new farmers"showcase rural landscapes, disseminate local culture, and sell specialty agricultural products through short videos and live broadcasts, becoming a vital force in promoting rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.Currently, through multidimensional digital practices,"new farmers"are enhancing rural literacy, revitalizing industries, transforming contexts, beautifying homes, and consolidating foundations, thereby contributing to the comprehensive progress of rural revitalization. However, digital alienation risks remain, including issues such as the overstay of the main body's rights and interests, trust dissolution, data hegemony by platforms, subsidy dependence, and the alienation of practice demonstrations and co-governance failures, which restrict the enabling effects of digital technology. Therefore,it is essential to effectively promote rural revitalization through the construction and improvement of the rural talent system, coordinated governance of digital platforms, and the optimization of the rural co-governance network.
