An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Satisfaction with the Training of Village(Community)Previtalization

Abstract：Talent is the key to the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.The secretary of the village(community)party organization is the backbone of the rural grassroots cadre team,responsible for the important task of rural revitalization.This article is based on a survey of 103 village(community)party organization secretaries in Qingyuan City,Guangdong Province,to conduct a research on the satisfaction of village(community)party organization secretary training.The research results indicate that both training teaching and training environment conditions have a direct positive impact on training satisfaction;The overall quality of training plays a mediating role in the satisfaction of training teaching quality and training environment conditions,and the overall quality of training has a direct positive impact on training satisfaction.
