Raining Model of Village"Two Committees"Cadres under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract：Talent revitalization is an important support for rural revitalization,and village"two committees"cadres are the core force for organizational and industrial revitalization.In recent years,China has actively promoted the training of village"two committees"cadres,achieving significant results and exploring many effective models.This study investigated the experience,practices,and effectiveness of Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Trade in establishing a"Guangdong Village Official College"to carry out rural talent training,build a training system,improve the long-term mechanism of continuing education,and promote county-level economy.Several inspirations and suggestions were summarized.
