Research on the Problems and Countermeasures Faced in the Operation of New Rural Collective Economy

Abstract：The new rural collective economy is an important lever for promoting common prosperity and integrating rural resources.This article summarizes the overall characteristics and effective management models of Guangdong's new rural collective economy through field investigations in Dongguan,Zhuhai,Qingyuan,Shaoguan,Huizhou and other places.It analyzes the bottlenecks in management and proposes policy recommendations.The results showed that the new rural collective economy has problems such as weak overall planning function of village level organizations,relatively single sources of operating income,insufficient effectiveness of support policies,lack of management talents,and the need to improve the ability of three capital supervision.It is necessary to strengthen the overall planning of village level organizations,sources of operating income,design of support policies,construction of talent teams,supervision of collective assets,and mechanisms for linking interests.
