Abstract：With the diversification of market demand,the lychee industry in Dongguan is facing unprecedented development opportunities and challenges.This article starts from the current development status of Dongguan's lychee industry,analyzes the problems existing within the industry and the challenges posed by the external environment,and proposes a model for high-quality development.Through the strategies of"pairing","strengthening",and"resilient network",we strengthen the foundation,improve quality,and promote industrial upgrading.At the same time,utilizing technological innovation to empower industries,improving product grades,building an open and diverse market system,and increasing industrial value through cultural empowerment provide new ideas and methods for the sustainable development of Dongguan's lychee industry.
