Abstract：Strengthening the function of connecting towns and cities with villages and promoting high-quality development of towns is an important focus for implementing the"Ten Million Project"and promoting coordinated development between urban and rural areas.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of the development of Guangdong towns,this article proposes the shortcomings and reasons for the high-quality development of Guangdong towns.Based on this,suggestions are proposed to build a goose formation,implement the"promoting town advancement action",consolidate the foundation,implement the"promoting town revitalization action",improve quality,implement the"promoting town improvement action",clarify rights and responsibilities,implement the"promoting town good governance action",tighten ties,and implement the"promoting town prosperity action"to promote the high-quality development of Guangdong towns.
