Abstract：Since Guangdong started development of poverty alleviation which publized ‘Make program in households and there should be an appropriate person be responsible for it’, it had made signiifcantly Achievements .It is especially vital to establish the long-efifcient institution of development of poverty alleviation institutionally in order to consolidate the gain of the work further .This paper illustrateed the necessity of establishing the long-efifcient institution of development of poverty alleviation in Guangdong , designed a basic framework for it and gave several policy proposals.
