Abstract：For servicing rural residents, Dongguan Shilong town improved the multi level rural medical service system and implemented the integration of urban and rural medical security system to make sure the whole coverage of the medical security system for farmers. It resolved the obstacle that farmers medical service requirement is dififcult to translate into reality. This paper analyzed the problem of Shilong town’s medical security of urban and rural integration, and presented pertinent suggestions which offered theoretical references for related departments to develop rural medical service system.
