The Research of Legal Aid of Reconstruction of the Urban Village in Guangzhou

Abstract：This paper researched on urban villages in inner city in Huangpu, Tianhe and Haizhu districts for futher analysis of legal aid of reconstruction of the urban village in Guangzhou. There are several common problems were found: First, information asymmetry during reconstruction of the Urban Village; Second, opportunistic behavior and illegal behavior abound;Third, villagers’s weak legal consciousness. Based above, the author proposed some suggestions to perfect legal aid during reconstruction of the urban village.
