Abstract：Whether Donguan’s economic and social transition will be successful, it depends on effective development and utilization of human resource. Rural workers are the main component of human resources. So, training the rural workers during the period of economic and social transition, making the training to adapt the requirements of economic and social development, and accumulating the human capital’s stock by training, these are important topic of current social and economic structure adjustment.
