Research on Re-development Strategy of Rural Inefifcient Land in Sichuan Province--Taking Chengdu as Examplel

Abstract：Re-development strategy of rural inefifcient land is the key to promote the integration of urban and rural as well as to solve the land contradiction of the supply. Establishing the effect factor system and putting forward corresponding strategies for restricting factor are the key factors to solve the problem. By the methods of field investigation and questionnaire survey, this paper summarized the related researches at home and abroad, used the factor analysis method to collect samples for quantitative analysis, and then explored the re-development strategy of rural inefifcient land. The results show that:property, location and infrastructure are the key factors for inefifcient using land, and the keypoint to put forward the re-development strategy of rural inefifcient land are invigorating idle land and proifting Chengdu's inefifcient use of land market.
