Study on Government Behaviors of the Employment Training for Landless Farmers--Taking Wanmu Orchards in Guangzhou as a Case Study

Abstract：The study is vital to Government behaviors of the employment training for landless farmers. Taking Wanmu Orchards in Guangzhou as a case study, this article has investigated Guangzhou’s situation of landless farmers, including employment training and government behaviors. And then, the author found out the dilemma of present governments behaviors, offered a proposal to make government behaviors of the employment training more effectively. Finally, a new thinking was presented to speed up the construction of job training system for landless farmers.
