Dynamic Regulation of the Poverty Reduction Target and Policy Suggestions about the Poverty Alleviationn

Abstract：To accurately identify and to determine the poverty reduction targets is very important to reasonably allocate the scarce resources and improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation. Identifying the poverty reduction target is a policy and technical job.However, due to various reasons, there are some deviations between the poverty reduction targets determined and the actual situation.Also, the original poor is no longer suitable for assisting because of the changes of economic situation.Therefore,it is necessary to dynamically adjust the poverty reduction target to the status quo. This paper analyzes the necessity of the dynamic adjustment and the method and process and puts forward some policy proposals.
