The Study on Reform and Innovation of Rural Finance in Qingdao

Abstract：As the essense of the modern rural economy, rural ifnance plays an important part in promoting urban and rural development and agricultural modernization. Based on summarizing the development of rural ifnance in Qingdao and advanced domestic and foreign experience, this paper focuses on solving the problems of unreleased potential financial needs, lack of effective supply, imperfect system and weak credit basis.Therefore,it proposes a creative recommendation to actively establish rural insurance and guarantee system,to promote rural secured ifnancing business, to develop the agricultural industry chain and to improve the rural credit system.
