Abstract：Specialized market is the important part of rural circulation of commodities system, which plays great role in solving the problem between small peasant and big market. It is proved that cultivating and improving the specialized market and displaying the market mechanism well, could be the important strengths of impelling the rural economy development. Therefore, studying the organization model and governance mechanisms of specialized market is deeply beneifcial to strengthen the management of specialized market and promote the development of agriculture industrialization.
