The Mode and Governance Mechanism of Broker-led Industrialized Management Organization

Abstract：In the pattern of difference sequence of China’s rural society, broker-led industrialized organization generally uses relational governance mechanisms to ensure the success of transactions. Being constrained effectively by some governing measures such as reputation mechanism, rural brokers play an important role in stimulating rural market, promoting agricultural restructuring, increasing farmers’ income and so on. However, due to the limitations of this type of organization and the lack of effective management and supervision mechanism its development is very slow. In some more developed regions, the number of this organization have been gradually reduced, or rural brokers have been internalized by other types of industrialized organizations. From the future development, integration of the development of the broker-led organization and other types of industrialized organizations will be a trend.
