The Research of Typhoon Safety Education System in the South China Sea

Abstract：As one of the four regions of typhoon dense in the world, annually frequent typhoon will bring great losses to the South China Sea. Nip in the bud, in the crisis stage, to improve typhoon safety consciousness of the fishermen in the South China Sea is benefit to protect the safety of life and property of the fishermen in the South China Sea as well as be conducive to strengthening of the government’s ability and maintaining its harmonious and stable situation and is conducive to keeping the balance of ecosystem. Therefore, it is necessary to carry on the construction of typhoon safety education system in the South China Sea by considering the province as a unit, the typhoon safety education implementation in the South China Sea as organization structure, the safety education content system, security system and teaching method of typhoon in the South China Sea and evaluation system of safety education act as a fulcrum.
