Present Situation, Problems and Solutions of Small-loan Company

Abstract：Small-loan companies played an important role in supporting the development of rural economy and easing the financing difficulties of small micro-enterprise. Presently small loan companies encounter problems such as unclear identity positioning, restricted funding sources, relatively high operational risk, and non-standard internal governance. Small loan companies can try to clear identity and regulatory body, to broaden the sources of internal and external follow-on funding, to strengthen internal control mechanisms and build human resources introduction and training mechanism, to establish information sharing mechanism and platform, to encourage small-loan companies in transition, in order to promote small-loan companies development sustainable.
