Design Idea of the New Countryside Construction Planning for Suburban District of Fujian Coast--a Case Study of the Houhuang Village of Putian City

Abstract：Based on the background and status of new countryside construction of Houhuang Village, Xitianwei Town, Putian City,Fujian Province, we proposed the new countryside construction model which integrated the historical heritage, industrial development and leisure zone depending on the local conditions. According to the planning principles, we established different functional division for Houhuang supported with agricultural production conditions, infrastructure and public facilities, with the aim to build a habitable, enterprise and tour-adaptability suburban country with rich culture, supporting industries and full function. Enlightenments of the planning compilation and construction of Houhuang were summarized from four aspects.
