Morphologic Study of Cantonese Temple Buildings

Abstract：There are large numbers of temples in Canton area. The temples play an important role in civil life and they are the most common public buildings in the social space of Canton area. Temple buildings developed mature morphologic features in the long history. The article is about the plane types, framework types and facade features of temple buildings, provides an initial research of Cantonese temples.
