Discussion on the Architectural Programming and Design Strategies to Enhance the Overall Performance of the Exhibition Hall in Exhibition and Convention Center

Abstract：Problems faced by the exhibition halls in exhibition and convention buildings are analysed in four aspects: improvement of space quality, economic benefits, user experience, and reducing of energy consumption. It then demonstrated the potential solutions through several practical projects. We then highlight the importance to integrate preliminary architectural programming with post occupancy evaluation in order to improve the overall performance of exhibition and convention center.
