From Architectural Programming to Post Occupancy Evaluation,Interview with Theo van der Voordt from TU Delft

Abstract：Theo van der Voordt is well experienced in architectural programming in both theoretical and practical field. After retiring from the Faculty of Architecture in TU Delft, he began his research in the Center for People and Buildings, where he gained an abundant first-hand resource of buildings evaluations through years of POE practice. Based on these evaluations, Voordt also wrote guidelines for programming and designing. This interview is highly valuable for Chinese peers who make programming, especially for those who are exploring how to apply POE results into programming practice.
