Influence of Building Air Tightness on Indoor Temperature of Passive House

Abstract：The air tightness evaluation and passive house standard are presented in brief, the influences of building air tightness on indoor temperature are analyzed by TRNSYS under three different envelope thermal conditions without any heating and cooling devices. The results show that the indoor temperature increases in winter and the thermal comfort decreases in summer as the air tightness is improved. However, indoor temperature is rarely influenced by air tightness while natural ventilation strategy is taken in evening.
