Abstract：In the current situation of increasingly scarce land resources and promoting the intensive land use,the exchanging of homestead houses in villages has become a focus in the rural land system reform. This paper selects Shunde District of Foshan City, take the north house project as the case, Analysis the drag, thrust, tension,security forces among the conversion of housing supply from single building homestead to commercial housing.Summarizes the mechanism and experience of village homestead replacement housing in the edge of the city.In order to enrich the experience of homestead exchange real estate , we still make the conclusion of innovative cooperating among the town, village government and the confirmed homestead villagers,and giving full play to the role of the market, and fully participation of the government, promoting the cooperation between professional advancement and the community, and fully playing their role of the villagers.
