The Research of Elderly Living Mode for the Small Community Endowment

Abstract：The Aging and the urban development bring a great challenge to the residential facilities of the elderly community. This article analyses the situation and the overall arrangement of Chengdu's elderly residential facilities, determines the key points of the layout of the various facilities at the macro scale. Through a deep investigation of the residential communities, the paper proposes the prototype model of three kinds of modes, which are "access, day care, short live ". The research explores the complex modes of the facilities, combined with the need of the elderly, hopes the small scale residential facilities become the future development direction of the community endowment, and will make contribution to the social pension system.
