Abstract：The major topic is the ancestral hall which located in the former Lianzhou province in Qing dynasty. The research includes field research, data collection, and analysis of structure and architectural features in the province. This study adds new diversities to traditional architecture research system, and could be seen as a boost to the process of protection of traditional architectures. It also provides a strong theoretical reference for the protection and refurbishment of ancestral halls.
