Abstract：The problem of population aging in our country is becoming more and more serious, and it has been attached great importance by the country. Due to climate, economy, culture and other reasons, the aging problem is more significant in Northeast China. Based on the existing domestic and foreign related research, this study aimed at the suitability analysis of community outdoor environment for the elderly, considering the living conditions, physiological status and living habits of the elderly in Northeast China, combined with micro climate simulation software and other conventional design software Through the field studies and interviews of specific communities, we colect residents' opinions and suggestions for the outdoor environment, and reflect the optimization of community environment design in Northeast China.
