Coupling Mechanism of Local Culture Heritage and Modern Rural Tourism Development

Abstract:Focusing on the loss of local culture in rural human settlements construction and transformation of rural tourism, based in the trialism theory of "background - activities - construction", starting from the development of rural human settlements activities, this research seeks the interactive coupling methods and internal mechanisms between rural culture and modern rural tourism, form the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the quantized evaluation of human settlement activities and evaluation of adaptability and suitability of rural tourism development mode. Furthermore, present the regulation mode of the positive interaction between rural culture and modern rural tourism in terms of rural tourism space planning, rural tourism event planning, and rural tourism development. This research proposes capitalization mode of rural tourism resources, with the opportunity of the rural land circulation policy for managing constructive land , to realize the capital operation of the tourism resources management rights according to its value, ensuring the vilagers' economic benefit from tourism development in terms of development mechanisms. Thus, vilagers can live in their hometowns continuously in their own living ways, in support of the "Landscape Nostalgia", realizing rural culture preservation, and sustainable development of rural tourism.
