Abstract:Penang Georgetown of Malaysia is a city develops under the influences of multiculturalism which comprising three major ethnic - Malays, Chinese and Indians. The historic districts at Georgetown are rich in cultural diversity, its provide space for the functions of transportation, commercial activities, multi-religious activities, together with the local daily practice. In congruence with its massive development and rapidly population growth, the cultural diversity of Georgetown’s streetscape is threatened. With the incidents like significantly changes of political scenario at Malaysia, Georgetown successful y listed as World Heritage Site by UNESCO, add multiculturalism conservation wave which generated by several international incidents. Al in al , the attention about multiculturalism conservation at historical districts Georgetown Penang had been uplifted.
